Florida Apostille Service

An apostille is a one-page stamp from the Florida Department of State. It does not prove your story is true. It proves the Florida notary, clerk, or state officer who signed the document is real. Only Tallahassee can add it. You do not have to drive there.

What we actually do

You send a photo or scan of the document. We catch problems before the state does. You pay. You mail us the original. We take it to Tallahassee in person and mail the apostille back. Mailing it to the state yourself can take months. If the document has an issue, the state sends it back and you start over.

Most of our files go to Mexico, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, and Central America. Those countries accept this Florida stamp. Cuba does not.

1. Photo or scan first

A five-minute look at a photo or scan beats a rejected original sitting in Tallahassee.

2. Pay by card

Standard $125 plus the Florida state fee ($10, or $20 if a county clerk certified the document). Rush $199 plus state fees.

3. We stand in line

Florida has one office that can add this stamp. We are the person at that counter.

Countries we file for

126 countries take a Florida apostille. Cuba is listed because it does not. Call (855) 261-8500 if the office abroad sent a checklist you do not recognize.

Every Florida city, town, and ZIP
