Florida Fast Apostille does not issue apostilles. The Florida Secretary of State does. Turnaround depends on DOS, shipping, and whether the original passes intake. We refund the service fee if we cannot file because of a mistake we should have caught on the scan. We do not refund after a successful filing, and we do not refund inbound shipping you paid to a carrier.
