The $125 / $199 is our filing. Florida’s stamp fee is extra on the order: $10 per document, or $20 when a county clerk certified it ($10 stamp + $10 clerk certificate).

Florida state fees — added on the order

$10 per document for the Florida stamp (vital records, notarized documents, Florida agency papers).
$10 more ($20 total) when a Florida county clerk certified the document — stamp plus clerk certificate.

Return of the apostille

We ship the completed apostille back to the address you enter on the order. The FedEx amount is quoted for that address — we do not publish a price list because every return city is different. You mail the original to us.

Mailing it to the state yourself

Mail-in to the state can take months. If the document has a problem, they send it back and you start over. We review first and take it in person.
