Cuba does not take the Florida foreign-use stamp. Do not pay for the wrong process.
Does Cuba take a Florida stamp?
No. Cuba does not accept this Florida stamp. If you pay for an apostille for use in Cuba, the office there will usually reject it.
Cuba is not a Hague Apostille Convention party. A Florida apostille is usually the wrong stamp. Cuban use typically needs authentication and embassy legalization.
We still intake the file, explain the legalization chain, and will not sell you a Florida apostille if Cuba will reject it. Call before you ship originals.

Who actually stamps the document
The embassy of Cuba does not add this stamp to a Florida document. The Florida Department of State in Tallahassee does.
If Cuba asks for a translation, get the Florida stamp first, then translate. Translating first is usually the wrong order.
How to order from Florida
On the order form, pick the document and choose Cuba as the destination. Upload a photo or scan. Pay. Ship the original. We review it, take it to the Florida Department of State in Tallahassee, and send it back with tracking.

Can a notary in Cuba sign the document for Florida?
No. Florida only authenticates a Florida notary or a Florida agency. If you are in Cuba and still need a notary, use a Florida video notary.
