Florida vehicle title
A Florida title used to register a vehicle abroad has to be the original Florida title or a certified Florida motor-vehicle record — not a photocopy.
What this document is
The original Florida title, or a certified record from Florida’s motor-vehicle agency, for export or registration abroad.
Do not sign the assignment unless they asked
Signing the title assignment too early can make the document harder to stamp. Ask the foreign registry what they want, then we look at the photo.
How we file it
Photo, order, ship the original, we file. Standard is $125 plus the Florida state fee ($10, or $20 if a county clerk certified the document). Rush is $199 plus state fees. Mailing it to the state yourself can take months, and a reject means you start over.
