Florida court order
Adoption, name-change, and guardianship orders need the Florida county clerk’s certification before the state will add the foreign-use stamp.
What this document is
Any Florida circuit-court order a foreign office wants to rely on. The clerk in the county of the case certifies it. Then we take it to Tallahassee.
Clerk first
A PDF from the case website is not certified. Walk it to the clerk or order a certified copy. Some of these documents use the $20 state combination fee. We include it.
How we file it
Certified copy, photo, order, ship, we file. Standard is $125 plus the Florida state fee ($10, or $20 if a county clerk certified the document). Rush is $199 plus state fees. Mailing it to the state yourself can take months, and a reject means you start over.
