Clerk-certified copies in Fort Myers, Lee County

If the document is a court paper, Fort Myers is not the office that certifies it. The Lee County clerk certifies copies of judgments and orders entered in that county. Tallahassee then apostilles the clerk’s signature. Skipping the clerk is the most common way a divorce file dies.
